Registration, Fees, And Deadlines

The basic conference registration deadlines and fees are given in the table below. Submit registration using form below.

Note that the deadline for presentation abstracts is August 6, 2018. Presentation Abstracts are submitted separately from this page.

Conference Fees, Fares, and Deadlines

  • Conference Fees consist of a) Registrations Fees and b) Cruise Cabin Fares.
  1. Registration fees are  listed below and cover submission, preparation, and presentation of abstracts and preparation of conference proceedings.
  2. Cruise Cabin Fares cover other costs for accommodations and other items associated with the Genting cruise. See here for full information about the discounted cruise fares available only to conference participants.
  • All payments (registration fees, and cruise cabin fares) must be made payable to AS4QoL. Participants and accompanying members will not board for the cruise if relevant payments are not received by the closing date (July 20, 2018).

Registration Fees

Non-members will be given 1 year membership to Academic Society for QoL (AS4QoL) membership on  registration. Accompanying members will have to pay JPY10,000 and yet get to enjoy facilities and benefits of ICQoL-2018.

(A) Early Birds (July 20, 2018)

  •  Members: ¥25,000
  •  Active non-members: ¥30,000

(B) Late Birds (after July 20, 2018)

  •  Members: ¥30,000
  •  Active non-members: ¥35,000

NB: The fees above are for registration with one abstract. If you are submitting multiple abstracts by the same author, there is a reduced price for subsequent abstracts. When "Type of Registration" please check "ICQOL-2018 Multiple Abstracts" and use the submit button at the end for "OTHER". In addition please contact us to arrange correct payment.

Choice of Cabin

This will calculate the final amount to be submitted in the appropriate currency, including Conference Registration and Cabin Fee, covering 2 meals/entertainment/facilities per day for full 5-night stay onboard, and use of onboard facility. This does not include additional services, such as onboard gratuities, tours, purchases, etc. See Cruise information page for more information.

 

 

For customs purposes, we need to know (at this point) the names and ages of all guests (i.e. accompanying adults and children). In addition, once we have received your registration, we will ask you to provide correspoinding passport numbers via email.
