Registration, Fees, And Deadlines

The basic conference registration deadlines and fees are given in the table below. Submit registration using form below.

Note that the deadline for presentation abstracts is July 20th, 2017. Presentation Abstracts are submitted separately from this page.

Conference Registration Fees and Deadlines

ASQoL Members receive a ¥5,000 discount on registration. Please see here for more information and to submit application.

(A) Early Birds (* EXTENDED* to August 10, 2017)

  •  Non-students: ¥30,000
  •  Students: ¥25,000

(B) Late Birds (after August 10, 2017)

  • Non-students: ¥35,000
  • Students: ¥30,000

NB: The fees above are for registration with one abstract. If you are submitting multiple abstracts by the same author, there is a reduced price for subsequent abstracts. When "Type of Registration" please check "ICQOL-2017 Multiple Abstracts" and use the submit button at the end for "OTHER". In addition please contact us to arrange correct payment.

Registration includes:

  • Registration drink-bar entertainment (on Monday evening: Aug 21, 2017)
  • Reception dinner + dinner show (Tuesday evening: Aug 22, 2017)
  • Coffee breaks (coffee & cakes/biscuits)
  • Other amenities

Fees for off-session events are not included in your registration fee.
